Through this recruitment, eligible candidates will be selected for 11 posts of PGT teacher, 08 posts of TGT and 6 posts of primary teacher, i.e. a total of 25 posts. Please note that all these posts will be filled on contract basis.
UP Teaching Vacancy 2024: Educational Qualification
To apply for PGT posts, candidates should have a two-year postgraduate degree with a minimum of 50 percent marks from the Regional College of Education (NCERT). Apart from this, it is also necessary to be a graduate in the subject in which the candidate is applying to teach. Along with this, one should also have the skill of teaching in Hindi and English medium in B.Ed or any other equivalent examination.
Similarly, for TGT, it is necessary to have graduation in the relevant subject + B.Ed. For PRT, it is necessary to have passed 12th with minimum 50% marks + two years diploma/certificate in basic teachers training + CTET/TET. Railway College Teacher Recruitment 2024: How will the selection be done
To get selected for all these posts, candidates will not have to give any written exam but candidates will be selected only on the basis of interview. Interviews will start from the date given below.

- PRT – 07 August 2024 (UR & PWD Category)
- PRT- 08 August 2024 (OBC, ST and EWS categories)
If the number of candidates increases during the interview then they may be shortlisted through written examination before the interview.
