Actress Tamannaah Bhatia has mortgaged three residential flats in Andheri West, Mumbai for Rs 7.84 crore and has rented a commercial property in Juhu, Mumbai for Rs 18 lakh per month, according to registration documents provided by real estate data analytics firm Propstack. The paperwork revealed that Nanavati Construction has rented 6065 sq ft commercial space in Western Wind on Juhu Tara Road for a rent of Rs 18 lakh per month for 5 years. The rent of the property rented by Tamannaah Bhatia will go up to Rs 20.16 lakh in the fourth year and Rs 20.96 lakh in the fifth year.
