DG Artillery Lieutenant General Adosh Kumar said that the Pinaka system is a success story of India's self-reliance. He said that we want more range of Pinaka rocket and DRDO is working on it.
Lieutenant General Kumar said that efforts to modernize the Indian Army are going on at a very fast pace. He told that soon many new weapons and equipment will be included in the army. These include the K9 Vajra self-propelled howitzer and the Advanced Towed Artillery Gun (ATAG).
