Soni Razdan took to Instagram to share a touching message on Daughters Day 2023. She extended her wishes not only to her daughters, Alia Bhatt and Shaheen Bhatt but also to her stepchildren, Pooja Bhatt and Rahul Bhatt. Alia and Shaheen are the daughters of Soni and Mahesh Bhatt.
Soni’s Heartwarming Post on Daughters Day 2023
In her post, Soni shared pictures of herself and her children. The first photo showed Alia and Shaheen at a restaurant, followed by a joyful holiday selfie of Soni and Shaheen. The final picture featured Soni, Shaheen, Mahesh, Rahul, and Pooja together. In the caption of one image, Soni expressed, “Happy Daughters Day… You all make life so great that I can’t fathom living without you… While we’re at it, Happy Sons Day, because we always forget about that one. I consider myself fortunate to have such lovely individuals in my life. Thank you a hundred times over for the pure delight you offer, most of the time without even understanding it or wanting it.”
Alia and Pooja Bhatt’s Responses
Pooja Bhatt responded promptly, saying, “Ahhhh! Soni, we love and appreciate having you in our life!” She continued, “I can’t tell you how beautiful you guys are, breaking all the stereotypes about broken families, stepbrothers, brothers, sisters, and so on.” Many others also chimed in with positive comments, with one person remarking, “You guys are truly an amazing inspiration to everyone.” Another comment noted, “Alia is a carbon copy of you.”
Soni Razdan’s Connection with Pooja Bhatt
Soni and Pooja’s relationship hasn’t always been smooth, but they have since reconciled. In a previous interview with Stardust, Pooja revealed her resentment towards Mahesh for leaving her mother. She admitted, “I used to hate Soni for snatching away” their father. She added, “There used to be times when I used to flare up at the mere mention of her (Soni’s) name.”
To provide a bit of background, Mahesh Bhatt was previously married to Kiran Bhatt, with whom he had Pooja and Rahul. He later met Soni Razdan on the set of “Saaransh,” and they tied the knot on April 20, 1986, welcoming two children, Alia and Shaheen, into their family.
