Shibani Kashyap Interview: The first Indian singer to perform in 'Shark Taranalore', said this


Everyone likes the songs of Bollywood playback singer Shibani Kashyap. Singer of superhit songs like 'Zinda Hoon Main' and 'Sajna Aa Bhi Ja', Shibani Kashyap has a unique identity in the music industry. Recently, she was on a tour of Uzbekistan and Vietnam, so she had a special conversation with us:

Bollywood's famous playback singer Shibani Kashyap performs concerts all over the world. She also performs in many big music festivals famous all over the world. Recently she went to Uzbekistan. Talking about her trip, Shibani says, 'This time I went to perform as a special guest in 'Sharq Taranalre'. 'Sharq Taranalre' is a very big and unique music festival. It was an international level event, because artists from 22 countries came here. Shibani Kashyap said, 'This was a special thing for me because I am the first Indian singer to perform there. I performed there in the closing ceremony.'

'Thousands of people stood up and danced to Bappi Da's songs'

She further says, 'My performance was at the end. After that the awards were given. The best thing was that I chose dancing numbers to perform. Because Bappi Da's songs are very famous there like 'Jimmy Jimmy Aaja', 'Disco Dancer'. Thousands of people stood up and danced to these songs. I got a lot of pictures clicked there. I think my international fans have increased even more.'

Shibani said this about Uzbekistan

Shibani has performed in many cities of Uzbekistan before. Sharing her experience this time, she says, “This festival was in Samarkand. My experience was very good. First of all, it was the first time I went there, last time I could not go to Samarkand. This time we first went to Tashkent, then reached Samarkand by bullet train. I became aware of the history of that place.”

Also performed in Vietnam

Shibani also performed in Vietnam. She says, 'The Indian High Commission in Vietnam did a Bollywood show. Bollywood or Indian music is not much popular in Vietnam. So that show was also very good. We got to see a lot of good things there too. Vietnam is also a very special place. I got the opportunity to explore two different countries consecutively.'
