Installation Process

Please follow these installation steps,Once you start using it, you will like it very much. 1.Search and download App through your phone’s application center or Google application market. 2.Open the App and choose the D11 Series Printer. 3.Connect D11 printer in App，not in system settings. 4.When loading the paper, please make sure the sticker side facing down. 5.When printing, please ensure that the printed content is within the red print box, otherwise the complete content will not be printed.

The machine will flash a blue light when connecting the power supply , even if the charging is completed.

The default print density is 2, you can adjust it to 3 or enlarge and bold the content by needs.

As for Android: the App needs to turn on the phone’s GPS positioning function before connecting.

Note 2. This label maker is Monochrome Printing Output, only black text. If you want to create color label artwork, require printing with color patterned label tapes.
