Operation of two weekly trains starts before summer holidays, see schedule here

Bhilwara, Railway season has arrived in trains. There is good news for the travelers going to their homes or on picnics during summer vacations. North Western Railway has brought a new summer special train to directly connect Rajasthan with North and West. Summer special trains are being started for Bandra and Patna. These will be weekly specials.

A good news for the railway passengers living across the district including Bhilwara city. North Western Railways is starting summer special trains on many routes from April to June. Railways has announced to start special trains from Ajmer to Bandra and from Udaipur to Patna. These trains will be weekly. Both trains will stop at Bhilwara station. Earlier, Valsad- Bhiwadi- Valsad and Jammutavi- Udaipur City- Jammutavi Garib Rath weekly summer special trains were announced.

two special weekly trains
1. Udaipur-Patna-Udaipur special will run 10 trips from 23 April to 26 June. Currently there is only one trip a week and there is a waiting list till June. This weekly special train will leave from Udaipur for Patna every Tuesday at 11 pm and reach Patna at 2 am on Wednesday-Thursday midnight.

-This train will leave from Patna every Thursday at 6 am, which will reach Udaipur at 12.20 pm on Friday. On the way, this train will stop at 23 railway stations of Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and Bihar states including Ranapratap Nagar, Mavli, Chanderiya, Bhilwara Ajmer, Jaipur, Dausa, Agra Fort, Etawah, Kanpur, Buxar.

There are two trains from Bhilwara to Patna. In this, Bhagalpur Express goes via Kota on Saturday. The second Ananya Express travels from Patna to Kolkata via Udaipur via Jaipur every Monday. There is more than 50 waiting lists in sleeper coaches in these trains till the end of June. Similarly, there is waiting in First AC, Second AC and Third AC also.

2. Ajmer-Bandra Terminus-Ajmer weekly train will make 10 trips from April 27 to June 29. This train will depart from Ajmer at 5.50 pm on Saturday and will reach Bandra Terminus at 12.15 pm on Sunday. In return, it will leave from Bandra Terminus at 2.30 pm on Sunday, which will reach Ajmer the next day at 7.50 am on Monday. This train will stop at Nasirabad, Vijaynagar, Bhilwara, Chittor, Neemuch, Mandsaur, Ratlam, Javra, Dahod, Godhra, Vadodara, Ankleshwar, Surat, Navsari, Valsad, Vapi, Palghar, Borivali stations.

Currently, to reach Bandra Terminus, Bandra Terminus Superfast Express runs three days a week, Yesvantpur Suvidha Express on Sundays and Bandra Terminus Special Fare train on Wednesdays. There are more than 30 waiting lists in all these trains. Similarly, there is waiting in First AC, Second AC and Third AC also.

Waiting till July
Due to summer holidays, there is a long wait list in all trains. Kamakhya Kaviguru Express, Ananya Express to Bihar, Udaipur-New Jalpaiguri Express to West Bengal, Ajmer and Jaipur-Bandra Express to Mumbai and Mysore Humsafar to the south, Bandra Terminus Superfast Express, Yesvantpur Suvidha Express and Bandra Terminus Special Fare Weekly. Trains are running which stop at Bhilwara station. There are long waiting times in all these. In some cases the waiting period is going on till July.
