States' participation in the scheme is necessary

Actually, many states did not give their share in PM Awas Yojana 1.0, due to which there was more burden on the beneficiary. In view of this situation, this time the participation of the states in the scheme has been made necessary so that the beneficiaries can get help from the Center as well as the states. Along with this, considering the problems of people coming to work in Delhi, rented houses have also been included in this scheme. Houses will be built in public-private partnership and those houses can be given on rent.
