Where was 'Mirzapur 3' shot?
The web series Mirzapur is named after the city in Uttar Pradesh. Most of its scenes have been shot on location in Mirzapur. The city is close to Prayagraj, which makes it easy for people to recognize many scenes of Mirzapur Season 2. For example, the scene in which Kulbhushan Kharbanda i.e. Bauji performs the last rites of Pankaj Tripathi's character Kaleen Bhaiya. It was shot at Jargo Dam near Mirzapur in Chunar. Tripathi Kothi and Kaleen Bhaiya's Haveli in Mirzapur is actually the Ajmatgarh Palace of Varanasi, also known as Moti Jheel Mahal. In Mirzapur Season 2, fans can see the crossing near the Novelty MGS Cinema in Lalbagh, where Guddu goes to visit his sister in the city. Gorakhpur, the farthest city from Prayagraj and Mirzapur, is shown in several scenes of the series.
