'I am ready to reduce the fees, everyone has to go home'

Kartik further said, 'I do not work with the mindset that no matter what happens in the whole world, I will earn. It cannot be that I am the only one earning. My producers and directors know about this and I am sure many actors are also doing this. This is good for the larger ecosystem. Apart from reviews, we also need box-office numbers. I am always ready to reduce my fees, because a lot of people are involved in making a film and everyone has to run their house. There should be work in everyone's house. Day and night, everyone is working very hard. So everyone needs some kind of benefit.'
