I haven't eaten sweets for two years

Karthik told that he had completely stopped consuming sugar in the last one and a half years. He likes sweets after meals. In such a situation, it was quite challenging for him to remove it from his diet. He said- I cannot live without sweets, but after about 15 days I realized that I do not need to eat sweets after meals and sugar consumption is harmful to my health and fitness.
Over time, my mindset changed and I didn't even mention sugar for a year and a half. Believe me, my sleep quality improved a lot during this time.

Include cauliflower rice in your diet

Kartik Aaryan is a vegetarian. For this kind of fitness, the body needs protein. Being a vegetarian, he had very few protein options. In such a situation, a special diet plan was made for him. Talking to Filmfare, he said that I often used to have soup for dinner.

Cauliflower rice was used instead of rice for lunch. This rice is made by grinding cauliflower. This rice eliminates carbs by increasing the amount of fiber. Cauliflower rice is very beneficial for weight loss. Karthik told that salad, beans, lentils and paneer are part of his regular diet.
