Bollywood film director Karan Johar is often in the news because of his fashion sense. He wears oversized clothes. But he does not do this as a hobby. Rather, he wears such clothes due to a disease. He has recently told in an interview that he is struggling with a disease called body dysmorphia. Talking to Faye D'Souza, Karan told that to come out of this problem, he also talked to psychologists. He took their help. He feels very uncomfortable due to this disease. Karan Johar said, 'I have body dysmorphia. That's why I can't even go to the pool. I feel very strange. I tried a lot to overcome it. But nothing happened, so I always wear oversized clothes. Although I have also lost weight. But I always struggle with it. I always feel that I have become fat. That's why I don't want anyone to see any part of my body.'

Karan Johar is suffering from this disease for 8 years

He said that even when he gets into the pool with his closest friends, he stays in his gown till the last minute. 'Nothing has changed since I was eight years old. I feel embarrassed about myself all the time. The day you feel you look good…it doesn't matter what you have achieved. I have to turn off the lights even during intimacy. I also take therapy sessions for this. I even had panic attacks because of this. And I have taken medicine for this too.'

Karan Johar's 'Kill' released

The action thriller film 'Kill', directed by Nikhil Nagesh Bhatt and co-produced by Karan Johar and Guneet Monga, was released in theaters on July 5. It has received a good response at the box office. Raghav Juyal, Tanya Maniktala and Lakshya Lalwani have appeared in important roles in it. The audience has shown interest in this film ever since its trailer was released.
