Shubhangi Atre, who has been making people laugh as Angoori Bhabhi on the small screen for a long time, is not only a great actress, but she is also a single mother. Shubhangi, who was fond of acting since childhood, started working as an actress after becoming a mother, but since then she has played a long innings. About a decade and a half ago, she appeared in 'Kasauti Zindagi Ke' and after that she has worked in many serials like 'Kasturi', 'Havan', 'Chidiya Ghar'. Now Shubhangi is ready to work on OTT as well. Shubhangi says, 'I want to do something on OTT that I have not done yet. A character that is diverse and also surprises the audience.' And what does she think about the boldness spread on OTT? On this, she said smilingly, 'I have no objection to doing bold scenes, provided they are aesthetically attractive. I do not want them to look cheap or vulgar. I am open to boldness, provided it looks good and is in keeping with the script. If it is shot in a stylish and artistic way, I have no problem with it.

Urban audiences can connect with OTT

At the same time, Shubhangi does not forget to say that no other platform shows society the way OTT does. She says, 'Sometimes we need to put a new perspective in front of the audience, which shows them the reality of life. I have never seen a web series in which someone makes a big mistake and then corrects it later. The OTT audience is urban and they find this content relevant.'

Shubhangi's favourite shows are 'Delhi Crime' and 'Little Things'

Shubhangi further said, 'They are able to relate to these stories, but I believe that there should be filtering in this content, because most of the content is not ideal. Yes, I believe that this is a period of change and we have to accept it.' About her favorite web series, she said, 'Delhi Crime and Little Things are my favorite shows. I was very impressed by Shefali Shah's acting in Delhi Crime and I liked Little Things because it has the passion to celebrate the little joys of life.'
