IIT JEE Toppers 2024: IIT Topper Girls
The number of girls in engineering is less than in medical. Of course, this ratio is decreasing year by year and the number of girls in IIT is increasing. But the gap still remains. If we look at the figures, the number of students who appeared in the JEE Advanced 2024 exam was 1,86,584. Out of these, 48,248 candidates have cleared the IIT entrance exam. The number of girls who appeared in the exam was 42,947, out of which 7,964 girl students have cleared IIT. At the same time, the number of boys who appeared in JEE Advanced was 1,43,637, out of which 40,284 have qualified JEE.

The JEE Advanced 2024 cutoff marks in the open category is 109. While the overall cutoff for OBC category and EWS is 98. The overall IIT JEE Advanced cutoff 2024 marks for SC, ST and other categories is 54.
