Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi will conduct an Open House for girls and differently abled students. This is for students who have cleared the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced and are now going to take admission in B.Tech at IIT. This Open House will run on June 18 from 9 am to 4 pm in hybrid mode i.e. both online and offline mode (www.youtube.com/c/IITDelhiOfficial).
After this counseling, students will be helped in choosing courses in JEE/Joint Seat Allocation Authority 2024 (JoSAA). They will be given information about every facility of the campus, library, lab, faculty, scholarship. Students can talk to the faculty about this. Girls will also get a chance to know how the life of girls is in IIT Delhi.

IIT Life: How is life in IIT?
This open house will be organized by IIT Delhi's Gender Equity and Sensitization (IGES) and Accessible Education Office. Dean, Diversity and Inclusion Prof. Angeli Multani said, with the help of the open house, we will give information to these students and their parents about the academic and extracurricular life of IIT Delhi campus.
Faculty Advisor of Accessible Education Office said that in the Open House, PWD (Divyangjan) students will be informed about all kinds of facilities including studies available in the campus. After the JEE Advanced result was declared on Sunday, the registration process for Joint Counseling (josaa.nic.in) has started on Monday.
JoSAA Counseling 2024: Seat will be available in 121 colleges
After the JEE Advanced results, students will be allotted seats in 121 institutes through the counseling process of the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA 2024 Counseling). These include 23 IITs, 31 NITs, IIEST Shibpur, 26 IIITs and 40 Government Funded Technical Institutes (GFTIs).
