How to consume almonds and chickpeas
Soak almonds and chickpeas in water before going to bed at night. Peel them in the morning and eat them on an empty stomach. You can also eat them by mixing them in curd, salad or other dishes. Keep in mind that eat them only as per your requirement because excessive consumption of these can cause digestive problems.
