What is needed to make Laddu

Dates chopped 20-25, walnuts chopped 1 tablespoon, cashews 1 tablespoon, almonds 1 tablespoon, dry coconut (finely grated) or dry coconut 1 teaspoon, pistachios chopped or finely ground 2 tablespoons and skimmed milk powder 1-2 tablespoons. Know further how to make these laddus.

Roast the mixed dry fruits in a pan on low flame for about 2-3 minutes. Keep them aside to cool. Keep stirring the mixture continuously. Add chopped dates to the same pan and keep stirring until they become very soft and pulpy. Mash the soft dates or grind them in a blender.

You can roll them and coat them in finely ground pistachio powder to make them taste different.
