Honda Elevate and City get safety features as standard

In terms of safety, both the Elevate and City now feature six airbags, seat belt reminder and emergency locking retractors for seat belts.

Additionally, Honda has decided to offer some additional features on the Elevate. These were missing earlier and after receiving feedback, the Japanese brand did not waste much time in working on it. To go into details, the Elevate now gets adjustable head restraints, vanity mirror for the front passengers and a 7-inch semi-digital instrument cluster.

Then, the base variant of the compact SUV is now equipped with a MID display. The VX trim, on the other hand, features a premium 8-speaker surround sound system and sun shades for the rear seats.

The result of adding these features is that the SUV is now priced slightly higher. Honda Elevate prices now range between Rs 11.91 lakh and Rs 16.43 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The carmaker has also removed the base E variant of the Amaze.

Even the entire City range has become costlier and now starts at Rs 12.08 lakh and goes up to Rs 16.35 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
