If the wife marries a second time

If the NOK is a wife and she marries a second time, then there are different rules for that too. If the wife leaves the children, then out of the 60 percent salary she was getting as pension, 30 percent will go to the wife and 30 percent to the children. Similarly, if the wife is getting liberalized family pension and it will continue even after she marries a second time.
