This triplex apartment is located on the 9th, 10th and 11th floors of the building, has a huge carpet area of ​​9,527 sq ft and was purchased at the rate of Rs 1.62 lakh/sq ft. Apart from the purchase price, the stamp duty on it was Rs 9.3 crore and a registration fee of around Rs 30,000 was paid.

A museum will also be built in honor of Dilip Kumar

In the year 2023, it was announced that the Thane-based Usher Group has started a project to renovate a bungalow, with which a luxurious 10-11 storey residential building will be built and a museum will also be built here in honor of Dilip Kumar.
