In the Global Rich List 2024 released on Tuesday by Hurun Research Institute, Mumbai has reached the top among Asian countries with 93 billion husbands. Last year, 26 new billionaires were created in Mumbai and this city has come third in the world in terms of billionaires. Delhi's name has also been included in the top 10 for the first time.

increasing number of billionaires
Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani ($115 billion) and Gautam Adani ($86 billion) are at the top among the country's billionaires, their wealth has also increased by 34 percent. Out of this, the number of 26 new billionaires has been added only to Mumbai.

New names also included in the list
The list of billionaires includes names like Rohika Cyrus Mistry (wife of Cyrus Mistry), Ina Ashwin Dani (Asian Paints). The new billionaires mostly include people from sectors like pharma, automobile, chemical industry. China is far ahead in this matter, because there are 814 billionaires there. However, the number of billionaires in China has declined by 155 last year. This decline was due to the storm in the real estate sector.
