During this, Nirmala Sitharaman also opened her box for the women of the country and made big announcements. Nirmala Sitharaman said that the Modi government is coming up with a big scheme for women. Women-centric skill programs are being started. New schemes sponsored by the Central Government have been proposed in the budget. He said that through this scheme, 20 lakh young women will be made skilled in 5 years. Also, 1 lakh training institutes will be upgraded for this. In these institutes, women will be given training according to the industry. Apart from this, Nirmala Sitharaman announced that a scheme to build hostels for working women in the country will be implemented in partnership with the states.
