Anushka Shetty, who has appeared in many films including 'Nishabdham' and 'Bagmati', is suffering from a rare disease called Pseudobulbar Affect (PBA), due to which she is unable to control her laughter or crying. It is a neurological disorder, which directly affects the brain and causes uncontrolled laughter or crying.

According to a report by Indiaglitz, Anushka Shetty, 42, revealed, “I have a laughing disorder. You might think, 'Is laughing a problem?' For me, it is. If I start laughing, I can't stop for 15 to 20 minutes. While watching or shooting comedy scenes, I literally roll on the floor laughing, and have had to stop shooting many times.”
