Running from September 1st to September 24th, 2023, the “Shaan-e-Awadh” Food Festival at Pride Plaza Hotel Aerocity, New Delhi, invites culinary enthusiasts to savor the rich heritage of Awadhi cuisine. The culinary journey begins with a tantalizing selection of Shorba (soups). Vegetarians can relish options like Tamatar Dhaniya Shorba and Sabz Badami Shorba, while non-vegetarians can enjoy Murgh Zafrani Shorba and Gosht Yakhni Shorba. Appetizers pay homage to Awadhi tastes, with dishes like Khoya Dahi Kebab, Zafrani Chatni Paneer Tikka, and Mushroom Ki Galawat for vegetarians, and Kalmi Murgh Ka Parche, Nawabi Murgh Malai Tikka, Mutton Galawat, Bhatti Ka Murgh, and Ajwaini Mahi Tikka for non-vegetarians.

The main course offers a symphony of flavors with dishes like Shahi Paneer, Paneer Kundan Kaliyan, Shahi Kofta Makkhanwala, Navratan Korma, Bhuna Saag, Dal-E-Pride, and Dal Sultani for vegetarians. Non-vegetarian delights include Nalli Roghni Nihari, Mutton Stew, Hari Mirch Mutton Keema, Murgh Kali Mirch, and Murgh Badami Korma. Biryani lovers can savor Subz Dum Biryani for vegetarians and the exquisite Murgh Dum Biryani and Ghost Dum Biryani for non-vegetarians.
