The Finance Minister said that the companies providing internships under this scheme will have to spend from their CSR fund. They will have to use 10% of their CSR fund to give an allowance of ₹ 5,000 per month to the interns and a one-time assistance of ₹ 6,000.

To ensure that the youth do not remain unemployed even after skill training, studies, internship, the government has made an incentive scheme. Now the government will also give one month's salary to the youth joining a job for the first time. In the budget speech, the Finance Minister announced a three-tier initiative to provide employment opportunities. He said that the youth getting a job for the first time in every kind of formal sector will also be given money equivalent to one month's salary by the government. Its conditions are that the monthly salary of the youth getting a job for the first time should be up to one lakh rupees. But the government will give a maximum of 15 thousand rupees in three installments. That is, if a youth has joined his first job on a salary of 10 thousand rupees per month, then the government will give him 10 thousand rupees in three installments. That is, the youth with a job of up to 15 thousand rupees per month will also be given 100 percent lump sum grant by the government. This will be completed in three installments. The government estimates that 2.10 crore youth will benefit from this.
