This work has to be taken to every city of the country

We started it from Mumbai. So far we have reached three cities. We want to take it to every city in the country. From north to south, wherever we can reach, we will work to make women self-reliant. My co-founder Samyak Chakraborty started the Smart Fellowship Program three years ago. I keep working continuously for women. Right now we are hearing about AI that due to this many jobs are being taken away from us. Chat and GPT are replacing it. In such a situation, our focus is on women, how to bring them forward and help them move forward so that they can also work with technology.

“I have been working for four years”

I have been working for women for the last four years. This does not mean that I am against men, but even today we can see that women's participation is much less than that of men. We are called half the population, but we are not even ten percent in the workplace. If women's participation increases, it will benefit not only women but the entire country. The economy will be strong. The country will progress only when women progress.

People often ask me why you did not go into films. I believe that it is very important to have passion for the field you want to go into. It is not that we do the same thing because others are doing the same. My passion is to do something for the society, to make a name for myself in business. I am from the fourth generation of my father who is in the business world. I grew up mostly in Delhi. I have seen more of my father's world, so I am more inclined towards business. I myself feel that my dream is to do something different and big in this field.

I love UP very much

I am very happy to come to Lucknow. I have been here before, but it took me a long time to come here. I have a deep attachment to UP. My maternal grandfather, the great actor of the century Amitabh Bachchan is from UP. It is special for me to come here and do something good. I am personally happy with this. Through this project, I will empower women not only from Lucknow but also from different cities of UP.

Co-founder Samyak Chakraborty explains that Nimaya in Sanskrit means opportunity. Its basic objective is that wherever a woman is, in whatever situation, if she has the passion to do something, then this organization will become a medium for her. There are a total of seven soft skills in it, emotional intelligence, creative problem solving, creative thinking etc. Technology or robots cannot do these tasks, so in this program we teach these skills to women. These are very in-demand jobs. We have just started it in Haryana and now we have brought it to Lucknow. More than a thousand women have joined us here. Our aim is that women themselves become role models for women.
