After about 10 consecutive flop films, now the new release date of Akshay Kumar's next film 'Khel Khel Mein' has been announced. Directed by Mudassar Aziz, this film will hit the theaters on Independence Day i.e. 15 August. On the same day, Allu Arjun's most awaited movie 'Pushpa 2' and John Abraham's 'Veda' will also be released. Obviously three films are going to clash at the box office and a tremendous clash will be seen. According to media reports, Akshay Kumar's film Khel Khel Mein will now be released on the country's Independence Day i.e. 15 August 2024. Apart from Akshay, many stars including Taapsee Pannu, Fardeen Khan, Vaani Kapoor, Pragya Jaiswal, Amy Virk will be seen in this movie.

'Khel Khel Mein' will be released on August 15

It is being directed by Mudassar Aziz, who is known for 'Happy Bhag Jayegi' and its sequel. he/she last made 'Pati Patni Aur Woh' in 2019, which starred Kartik Aaryan, Ananya Panday and Bhumi Pednekar.

Will compete with 'Pushpa 2'

Now talking about the clash, Allu Arjun's 'Pushpa 2' is also releasing on the same day. The makers had announced the release date long ago. Apart from Allu Arjun, this film stars Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Fazil. The story will start from where it ended in 'Pushpa'. There is also a lot of discussion about who will do a special item number this time in place of Samantha Ruth Prabhu. The direction is by Sukumar and the budget of the film is said to be Rs 500 crore.

It will also clash with John Abraham's 'Veda'.

Talking about John Abraham's film Veda, this film directed by Nikhil Advani will feature John Abraham, Sharvari, Tamannaah Bhatia and Abhishek Banerjee. This film is inspired by a true incident.

Akshay may be giving flop films continuously, but he has no dearth of projects. Apart from 'Khel Khel Mein', he has 'Sky Force', 'Welcome to the Jungle', 'Jolly LLB 3', 'Heri Pheri 3' and 'Shankara'. Apart from this, he will be seen doing a cameo in 'Kannappa' and Marathi film Vedat Marathe Veer Daudle Saat.
