Actor Darshan had taken Rs 40 lakh from his friend to dispose of the body, revealed during police interrogation

Kannada actor Darshan is currently in jail on charges of murdering his fan Renukaswamy. The new update in this case is that the actor had borrowed Rs 40 lakh from his friend to erase the evidence related to the murder. And this is not happening out of thin air. Rather, Darshan has confessed before the police. He has told why he took this money and where he used it. Apart from this, the custody of other accused including Darshan has been extended for two more days. According to media reports, Darshan told the police during interrogation that he had borrowed this money from his friend Mohan Raj. So that he could give it to his associates and erase the evidence of the murder. However, the police have recovered that money in cash. It is being told that he had spent this money to dispose of the body and to take the blame of this murder on himself by getting someone else to surrender in his place.
