This lehenga was a perfect blend of modern and traditional
The lehenga that Kaley wore was a perfect blend of modern and traditional design from every angle. Overall, the entire look of the three-piece attire was similar to that of a traditional lehenga, but the details and cuts added to it were of a modern or trendy design. This impeccable mix proved to be the perfect choice for this 21st century bride and the wedding pictures are proof of this.
This was Kaley's three piece lehenga
In this Sabyasachi lehenga, the skirt portion was flared with paneled stitch. The brand's logo Bengal Tiger could be seen on the waistband of the high rise bottoms. Along with this, there was a sleeveless blouse with a modest cut neckline. While the skirt and blouse were dark red, its dupatta was kept in a contrasting pale pink color.
Floral prints and star work dresses
Prints and work added to the beauty of the bride's outfit. The skirt and blouse portion had floral prints in light yellow, orange and pink. Swarovski crystals were placed between them.
The entire area around the flower shape was filled with dark red sequins. The transparent dupatta border was embellished with gota work and crystal work overall. The work and weight of the dupatta was kept light as compared to the lehenga.
