New Delhi. There has been a big change in the ICC rankings after India's victory over Bangladesh. Star fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah has reached number one in the ICC rankings. The special thing is that he has captured the top by ousting his own senior. Indians are also included in the ranking of batsmen. Yashasvi Jaiswal is fast moving towards number one while Virat Kohli has once again returned to the top-10.

ICC released the latest Test rankings on 1 October. Jasprit Bumrah has taken a big leap in this. Bumrah has reached the first position in the Test ranking of bowlers. He has captured the top by ousting India's Ravichandran Ashwin. Off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin has slipped to second place. Interestingly, against Bangladesh, both Bumrah and Ashwin took 11 wickets each. Ashwin was the player of the series. However, Bumrah's performance was better than Ashwin in bowling average and economy rate.

Talking about ICC rating, Ashwin is just one point behind fast bowler Bumrah. Bumrah is at first place with 870 rating and Ashwin (869) is at second place. Ravindra Jadeja is in sixth place with 809 rating points. In this way, there are three Indians among the top-10 bowlers.

Yashasvi Jaiswal has reached third place in the ranking of batsmen. He scored the most runs in India-Bangladesh. Yashasvi had scored half-centuries in both the innings of the Kanpur Test. Virat Kohli has also returned to the top-10. He is at sixth position with 724 rating.
