  3. Identification of vegetable oil in desi ghee- By adding diluted supluric acid to 1 spoon of ghee and stirring it, a deep red color is obtained.
  4. Identification of vegetable oil in ghee- By melting some ghee, adding sugar to it and stirring well, the colour becomes red.
