According to a TOI report, 8 samples from a unit in Navsari were sent to the lab for testing. After this, it was found that 3000 kg of ghee being sold under the name Sukhwant was adulterated with palm oil. The cost of this oil is around Rs 14 lakh. A few days ago, fake ghee was also caught in Jaipur.

Palmolein oil is called palm oil. This oil is used the most in the world. Harvard considers this oil to be the cause of heart diseases. All heart diseases can be caused by this oil. It contains about 50 percent saturated fat. This fat forms plaque in the veins and blocks the veins.

Homemade Desi Ghee is best for the body. It is made at home. Therefore, it cannot contain any kind of dangerous oil or chemical. In most of the houses, it is called Bilona Ghee. Easy way to identify fake ghee
Some media reports have stated that fake ghee can be identified even without adding chemicals. Heat 1 teaspoon of Desi Ghee. The color of real ghee will start turning brown. If it takes time to melt and the color remains light yellow, then understand that it is adulterated. Also, take a little frozen ghee and place it on your palm. Pure ghee will start melting on its own.
